He completely re-engineered the infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation and successfully migrated from Elastic Beanstalk to AWS ECS clusters, expanding the deployment to European and Asian regions. Ivan has consistently sought and implemented solutions to optimize the company's financial expenditures. His efforts resulted in a reduction of infrastructure costs by up to 40%. Additionally, he minimized logging expenses by migrating from Kinesis Firehose to a sidecar implementation using Fluent Bit and S3. Ivan was responsible for synchronising data between LDAP, Hasura(GraphQL), VCS and CRM services by developing golang microservices.
